Mary Ann Halford

Mary Ann has been actively building businesses in the global media and entertainment industry as a C-level media executive, board member and strategy consultant for 30+ years.  She has deep expertise in global production and distribution, broadcasting, advertising monetization and digital media/streaming.

Mary Ann’s C-level media experience ranges from building and developing the Fox International Channels to co-founding and launching North American Midway Entertainment. She also built and developed a digital business for ITN Networks in the US and ran business development for Solomon International Enterprises and Samuel Goldwyn Company.

Previously she was a Partner at Altman Solon, a Senior Advisor for OC&C Strategy Consultants and a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting.

She has been an active board member for over 10+ years. Presently she serves on the Board of Directors for Cineverse and Eightco Holdings.   

Mary Ann earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Georgetown University, where she was also a George F. Baker Scholar. She is currently a Trustee of the Georgetown Baker Scholar Program.
