Code of conduct

The Project X Initiative (PXI) is committed to operating ethically and honestly with zero tolerance for bribery or corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships.
We, the Directors of The Project X Initiative (the “Directors” and “PXI” respectively), recognise our obligations to all stakeholders, including employees, consultants, advisors, suppliers, clients, and others.
We select who we work with based on merit and qualifications without discrimination or concern for race, religion, nationality, colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or disability.
Working environments should be safe and civilised, allowing everyone to choose who they work with, where they work, and on what basis. We will not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or demeaning behaviour in any form in any work environments.
We will not tolerate the use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs, nor will we tolerate our people reporting for work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
All information relating to PXI’s business or its clients is confidential. Insider trading is expressly prohibited, and confidential information must not be used for personal gain. We are committed to protecting consumer, client, supplier, and employee data in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Before accepting clients or projects, we consider their potential to damage PXI’s reputation, including any association with social, environmental, and human rights abuses. We will not produce work offensive to public decency and will consider the impact on minorities, including race, religion, nationality, colour, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, or disability. We will not undertake work intended to mislead, especially regarding social, environmental, and human rights issues.
We expect all those working for or representing PXI to avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company or client duties. Any potential conflicts of interest should be reported to a Director. The company will handle any such disclosures to ensure fairness and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
We will not give, offer, or accept bribes, in cash or otherwise, from any third-party, including government officials, clients, suppliers, or their representatives. We will not offer personal inducements to secure business, except appropriate entertainment or occasional gifts of minor value unless restricted by the client’s or supplier’s policy. We will not accept goods or services of more than nominal value for personal benefit from clients, suppliers, potential suppliers, or other third-parties.
PXI will not make corporate contributions to politicians, political parties, or action committees, including services or materials below market value.
All employees, consultants, and advisors must comply with PXI's Code of Conduct. Non-compliance may lead to disciplinary action.
We maintain high standards of business ethics at all times, respect human rights and the environment, and act with integrity in all interactions and communications.
